In coordination with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and the South Dakota Department of Health, Bowdle Healthcare Center seeks to ensure safe visitation exists for patients and residents.
Currently, visitation is allowed for all patients and residents at the Bowdle Healthcare Center, unless medical diagnosis would discourage visitation. Per BHC policy, the medical director has the authority to change visitation status at any time due to a potential health threat to our residents and patients based on data from natation, state and or local sources.
