The Vaccination Clinic in Hoven will be located in the south room of the Senior Center. You may enter through the Senior Center or the South Door. The Vaccination Clinic in Roscoe will be located in the Commons Area inside the Edmunds Central School. The COVID Booster Vaccination will be the “new” Moderna monovalent vaccine for those 12 years of age and older. We will not be offering the Pfizer COVID booster vaccination.
To vaccinate your child under 12 years of age for COVID, please call our office at 605-285-6419 to schedule an appt. We ask that you fill out your vaccination form(s) prior to arriving. These form(s) can be downloaded below or found at the Bowdle, Roscoe, Hosmer and Hoven Post Office, and Turner Drug in Bowdle. On the days and times of the influenza vaccination clinic in Bowdle, you will drive up with your completed vaccination form. You will be given the vaccination and we will ask that you park your vehicle for 15 minutes so we can monitor you for any adverse reactions to the vaccine.
If you have special vaccination needs such as preservative free or egg free, please call ahead so this can be arranged.
